We carefully package every order to help ensure your treasures arrive safely and beautifully.
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–4 business days. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive tracking information when available.
Because many of our vintage and handmade pieces are unique, shipping times and packaging requirements may vary depending on the item.
Vintage Items
Vintage pieces may show signs of age and use consistent with their history. We make every effort to photograph and describe each item accurately, including any notable imperfections.
Please review the photos and description carefully before purchasing. We’re always happy to answer questions or provide additional information about an item before you order.
Returns
Vintage & Pre-Owned Items
All sales final unless the item is significantly different from the description or arrives damaged.
Handmade Items
Returns depend on whether the piece is a standard, ready-made item or specifically made for the customer.
Custom & Personalized Items
Non-returnable/non-refundable once production begins, except for damage or an error on our part.
Because many of our items are vintage, collectible, handmade, or one-of-a-kind, all sales are final unless otherwise stated in the individual listing.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of the item and its packaging. We’ll work with you to determine the best resolution.
If you receive an item that is significantly different from its listing description, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right.
